Manly Quilts, 2 & 3

I finally finished the other two quilts I was making for a friend. Her husband wanted "manly" quilts, so here they are in all their autumnal glory. This first one I had quilted at a local quilt shop, and I love the leaf pattern they used.

This second quilt I made with triangles, which was a lot more difficult than I had anticipated. But the fun part was seeing the star pattern emerge, which I didn't plan.

Those turned out to be gorgeous! Strange to say about moose :) but true. I love how you put them together. The colors, stars, and patterns. You've become so skilled with quilts!

Beautiful artistic works of art. You are a sensational quilter. Better not show too many your work; you'll have lots of requests for more quilts. ahhh.....so much fun & so little time.

I love, love, love them!! I haven't made a quilt in years--I think it's time to start a new one!
