Gorgeous Grapes

I made a go of it to make grape juice on my own this year. And while the neighbor not only gave me two grocery bags of concord grapes, but also picked them for me and delivered them to my door, and I also had what's called a Champion Juicer, the juice was a bomb. I didn't cook it down so it's filled with floaties, and it was a terrible color so I added red food coloring (which Seth thought was hilarious). I did add sugar so it doesn't taste awful, but it does taste weird. I'm debating weather or not to:

a) throw it out and cry
b) open all seven bottles, cook the juice for a day, and re-process it
c) pour it through a sieve and make smoothies
d) let it ferment on my storage room shelves for the next 40 years

Sorry! Frustrating after all the effort. (Did I ever tell you about the batch of applesauce I burned...hmm, yuck :) I vote use the juice in delicious smoothies.
